What Do You Want In Your Garden?


Be responsible in your actions. Maintain constant awareness of the choices you are making moment your moment. Bring love into every choice you make. Act with integrity. Take into account the needs of others as equal to your own, not by sacrificing your own needs but by being considerate of others. Be honest. Act with integrity.

Imagine a garden in which every seed you plant grows immediately and is there to sustain you or to teach you the consequences of negative action. There is nothing that you plant that is not of consequence. You may be planting the seeds of weeds that will overtake your garden or seeds that will grow into that which will provide all that you will need in life to thrive. We All Are Souls in Growth

         Be gentle with yourself. We are all souls in growth. What we know today, we didn’t know yesterday. What we will know in a year, we don’t yet know. We need to show ourselves love… always. There is never any need for self-criticism. Instead, go within and get to know yourself better. What positive purpose are your “short-comings” attempting to serve? How are they an attempt at self-love? How can you address those attempts in a more self-loving way? We don’t engage in negative actions because we want to hurt ourselves. We engage in them because we are already hurting. We are trying to regain a sense of control to alleviate the pain and feeling of powerlessness.  The most powerful thing we can do for ourselves is to surrender. The past is the past. It’s over.          We have a choice to make about how we choose to feel every single day. We don’t necessarily get to feel however we want to at any given moment, but we have a say in what we choose to feel.Turning our attention to gratitude instead of focusing on hardship brings us into an entirely different place. Choosing to be strong instead of weak transforms our experiences. Being positive and seeing the good all around us puts the rest in a different place and we can see it from a higher perspective.  "Whichever emotion we choose to feed  strengthens in its life-force energy."
